Mr. Mohammad Alamgir Sikder

MA in English Literature (JU)


Mr. Mohammad Alamgir Sikder is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of English Studies, State University of Bangladesh. He graduated from the Department of English, Jahangirnagar University in 2008. He also completed his MA in English Literature from the same university in 2010. Having intense passion in teaching, he joined as a Lecturer in the Department of English, German University of Bangladesh in 2016. He has been teaching at the tertiary level for more than five years. To his credit, he published an article in the scholarly journal and attended to the number of national and international conferences. Apart from teaching, he is keenly interested in composing poems, writing short stories, and conducting research. His areas of interest are Critical Theory, Postcolonial Literature, Cultural Studies, Media and Communication and 20th Century Fiction. Watching movies, listening classical songs, reading, and traveling are his prominent hobbies.
