The visit was led by Assistant Professor Jinat Amin, Assistant Professor Nazia Rahman, Lecturer Mohammad Shamim Usman, and Lecturer Mohammad Tawhidul Islam.
The students visited the Parliament Library and learned about the research and information services that support legislative and parliamentary activities. They also observed a live parliamentary session, including discussions on the national budget for the fiscal year 2025–26, parliamentary debates, and the practical workings of National Parliament House.
The educational journey enabled students to connect their classroom knowledge with real-world practices. Through direct observation, they developed a clear understanding of the legislative process and the role of Parliament in democratic governance.
Such educational initiatives play a vital role in developing informed and responsible citizens. The State University of Bangladesh remains committed to providing meaningful learning opportunities that integrate academic knowledge with practical experience.
