Manobendro Sarker

Manobendro Sarker has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Food Engineering and Technology since September, 2016. He has completed M.S. in Food Processing and Preservation in 2015 from Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University. He obtained B.Sc. degree in Food Engineering in 2011 from same university. Additionally, he secured first position in both M.S. and B.Sc. examinations. He has three publications in different international journals regarding food processing and preservation. As a guest reviewer, he is working with Scientific Research Publications (Food and Nutrition Science) and African Journal of Food Science. His research interests are minimization of post-harvest losses of fruits and utilization of food wastes.
