Dr. Chowdhury Mofizur Rahman is a Professor & Head of the Department of CSE, State University of Bangladesh. He did his Ph.D in Machine Learning back in 1996 from Tokyo Institute of Technology, one of the finest institutions of Japan. He did his Masters and Bachelors from BUET in 1992 and 1989 respectively.
