Zarin Tasnim Arpa is working as a lecturer at the department of Food Engineering and Technology, State University of Bangladesh. She has completed her B.Sc. engineering degree from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) in ‘Chemical & Food Process Engineering’ and obtained MS in ‘Food Engineering’ from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU). She has Industrial training experience at Pran Industrial Park, PRAN-RFL Group from May 2019 to June 2019. Her research interests includes Post- harvesting, Food preservation, Food Processing etc.
