Welcome to the Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management (HMBA) program, where we are dedicated to shaping the future leaders of the healthcare sector. In addition to our broader Master of Business Administration offerings, our Department of Business Studies proudly offers the specialized Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management. This program consists of a 60-credit coursework and a 4-credit internship or research study, with the additional requirement of a non-credit dissertation supervised by our esteemed faculty members. Over the course of six semesters, students will embark on a transformative journey tailored specifically to the healthcare industry.
Our comprehensive program is structured into four key segments: Foundation Courses, Core Courses, Specialized/Major Courses, and an Internship Program. These segments are carefully designed to provide students with a well-rounded education in healthcare management, preparing them for the multifaceted challenges of this vital sector.

Structure
of the Curriculum:
a. Duration
of the program: Years: 2 Semesters: 4
b. Admission Requirements:
The following requirements must be fulfilled by the students to apply for admission into HMBA program.
- Successful completion of at least a Bachelor degree from
a reputed university.
- Minimum six points together at the SSC, HSC, and Bachelor level.
i.
Total minimum credit requirement to complete
the program: 64*
ii.
Total class weeks in a Year/semester: 15 Weeks
iii.
Minimum CGPA requirements for graduation: 2.5
iv.
Maximum academic years of completion: 4 Years
v. Category of Courses:
* a.
Students who do not have business education at under-graduation (BBA) will have
to do a maximum of 64 credit to earn HMBA degree.
b. Students who have at least 2 years of job
experience will be exempted to do 4 foundation courses and will get waiver on
internship, as such they have to complete at least 48 credit hours to earn HMBA
degree.
c. Students who have business education at undergraduate level (BBA) will be exempted all 8 foundation courses and will get waiver on internship, as such they have to complete at least 36 credit to earn HMBA degree.
