Md. Monirujjaman is serving at the State University of Bangladesh as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering and Technology. He successfully completed his M.Sc. & B.Sc. both in Food Engineering in 2023 & 2020, respectively from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU). He took 4 weeks long training on ‘Quality control and Unit Operation in Food Industry’ conducted by the Training Institute for Chemical Industries (TICI). He took 7 days Extension Field Trip at katiadi Upazilla in Kishoreganj from department of Agricultural Extension Education (BAU) for encouraging farmers for using scientific technology. His research field includes product development, Post-harvest Technology etc.
