Dr. Nigar Sultana, currently appointed as a Lecturer, in the Public Health Department of the State University of Bangladesh (SUB). She had an excellent Academic Journey. She earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree (Major in Community Medicine) from Renowned National Institute for Preventive and Social Medicine (NIPSOM) in 2023. She also worked as a Research Fellow in Fellowship Program under USAID's Alliance for Combating TB in Bangladesh (ACTB) project for 1 year (2022-2023). She gained multiple Academic and Multidisciplinary training experiences like- Basic Course on Qualitative Research Methodology(2023), Analytical plan for research Project-writing manuscript(2023), Training on Diagnosis of TB by chest Radiography(2022), Training on Dissertation Writing(2022) etc. Before that she conferred her Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Ibrahim Medical College, Dhaka. She has a couple of publications under processing for journal Publication. She had vast experience as a teacher, Mentor in Dhaka Community Medical College & as a Clinical Assistant (CA) in Birdem General Hospital. She is a Member of Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC), Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA).
