Mst. Luthfun Nesa is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy, State university of Bangladesh (SUB). Before this job, she also served as Lecturer, Senior lecturer and Assistant professor at the Department of Pharmacy, Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology over 7 years. Luthfun Nesa completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons.) and Master of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Rajshahi with first class in both programs. Her research focuses on the Isolation and identification of microorganism, Subculture of microorganism, Determination of susceptibility of antimicrobial agents, Isolation and purification of phytochemicals, screenings of plant extracts from in-vitro and in-vivo bioactivities. Moreover, she is also fascinated to do research in the field of Public Health and Pharmacy Practice. She has published more than 30 papers in peer reviewed national and international journals and attended several international conferences. She is currently supervising a number of project and thesis students of both B. Pharm and M. Pharm. programs.
