Mr. K. M. Mahdiuzzaman Sayed is serving at the State University of Bangladesh as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering and Technology. He successfully completed his M.S. & B.Sc. both in Food Engineering in 2019 & 2022, respectively from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU). He took 4 weeks long training on ‘Quality control and Unit Operation in Food Industry’ conducted by the Training Institute for Chemical Industries (TICI) and 2 weeks of industrial internship under PRAN Dairy Limited in 2019. His research field includes product development, amino acids profiling, etc.

Awards & Achievements

2020: Selected for the Best Student Award 2020 given by the Provost of Shahjalal hall, BAU. 2019: Awarded with the National Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship by Ministry of Science & Technology of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. 2018: Winner in Speed Presentation Competition supported by Young Professional for Agricultural Development (YPARD) in 1st National Nutrition Carnival.
